Remote monitoring for the equipment you've already installed, from any manufacturer.

Your week today
Once a unit is installed, you only hear about it when it breaks.
Usually the customer tells you. Every fault becomes a truck roll, and many of those trips are wasted.

What it costs
See what service is costing your fleet.
Your operation
Every unit you maintain, across all your customers.
Every trip a technician makes, planned or not. That’s 5,000 visits a year across your fleet.
Labor, travel and vehicle time for one trip.
Your estimate of how often a warning arrives in time to act on. We don’t assume a figure.
Your estimate
Estimated $3.38M lost each year today, $1.35M potential gain each year.

Losses assume 20% of visits need a second trip, 15% turn out to be unnecessary, 3% miss a response time at a $1,000 penalty, and 8% of contracts don’t renew. Each contract is valued at your visits times your visit cost, $15,000 per asset a year.
Lower your cost to serve
Spend less on every service call.
One fault, start to finish · sample scenario: Inverter 14, Lambton Fields
Spots it early.
Inverter 14 starts running hot. 42Hz confirms it’s a real fault and names the likely cause.
Cooling fan failing · IGBT temperature rising
Confirms it remotely.
An engineer opens the inverter screen from the office and confirms the fan has failed, before anyone drives out.
Fan 2 at 0 rpm · cause verified, nothing changed on site
Gets it closed.
A case opens with the cause attached, the part is ordered and a technician is booked.
Fan kit FB-310 · technician booked 8 a.m.
Turn monitoring into a service your customers pay for.
Monthly
Revenue from every site you monitor.
Add a monitoring plan to each service contract and bill it every month, on top of the visits you already sell.
Renewals
Contracts that stay.
A monthly report shows customers what was caught and fixed, so they can see what they’re paying for.
In-house
Engineers who build what’s missing.
Unusual controllers, retired protocols or one-off units: our own engineering team builds the connection, so no site in your fleet gets left out.
A service your customers want to pay for.
These are benefits your customers can see for themselves, which makes the monthly plan easy to agree to and easy to renew.
- Watched around the clock42Hz watches their equipment day and night and flags problems early.
- Fewer emergency replacementsWear shows up early, so units can be repaired while the fix is still small.
- Faster first-time fixesThe technician arrives knowing the likely cause and the part.
- A monthly reportA clear record of what was caught and fixed each month.
- Optional after-hours responseOvernight and weekend coverage for customers who want it.
The savings that don’t show up on an invoice.
Your people
Keep your best technicians.
Skilled engineers didn’t train for years to chase false alarms. Send them out only when there’s real work.

Your reputation
Fix the problem, not the blame.
Without data, a failure turns into an argument over who pays while the equipment sits down. With a record of what the unit was doing, you settle it with facts and get straight to the fix.
How it starts.
- 1
Assess.
Send us your equipment list. We show you what it’s costing you today, and together we pick the numbers that will prove it works, like fewer repeat visits.
- 2
Test together.
We run 42Hz on a handful of your sites, alongside your own technicians, and compare repeat visits, wasted trips and response times against how those same sites ran before.
- 3
Roll out.
Then we add the rest of your fleet, site by site. There are no fixed plans. We work out the pricing with you, around your sites and contracts, so you know it pays off before you scale.
Questions service leaders ask.
No. 42Hz reads the controllers and panels already on your equipment. If a panel isn't networked, we add a small gateway that gives it a secure connection.
Yes. We connect to equipment from any manufacturer, including BACnet panels from Delta, Siemens and Johnson Controls, SEL relays, inverters, UPS systems and battery storage.
Only if you want it to. You can keep Salesforce, ServiceNow or your current tool as the system of record and 42Hz syncs cases into it, or you can use our case management.
They can log in to see their own sites, alerts and service history, and they get a monthly report showing what was monitored, caught and fixed. With 42Hz Manage, the AI service desk also answers their calls and chats in your company's name.
It depends on the site. Monitoring alone never changes anything on your equipment. Where you need remote access, for example to reset isolated equipment, we design it with you through 42Hz Control, within your security policies and, for utilities, NERC CIP requirements.
No. Monitoring, alerts, case management and dispatch all work without AI. You decide which AI features to turn on, if any.
Most fleets are live within 90 days.
